**Watercress Festival News**

A Visit from Bishop Philip!
At 11.15am on Sunday 19th May, the Bishop of Winchester
will be coming to St John's to launch the fabulous new brochure 
celebrating the town and community of Alresford and history of St John's 
which has been produced by the Friends of St John’s. 

We would love to see as many of you there as possible at this time,
especially as it is Pentecost Sunday. 
 
A little about us...
We are ‘The Church of England in Your Community’, covering
the town of New Alresford and the neighbouring villages
of Old Alresford, Ovington and Bighton. 
We have four buildings but we are one Church family. 
 
We hope you find our website useful, whether you’re new to the area, interested in exploring your faith, or have an important
life event such as a child to be baptised, a wedding to be planned,
or a funeral for a loved one.
