Chewton Glen is a luxury country house hotel in the New Forest, with a world-wide reputation. Its Vetiver restaurant has held three AA Rosettes continuously since 1993.
Hotel TerraVina is a luxury boutique hotel on the edge of Southampton and the New Forest. It offers superb food but is also famous for its selection of great wines. Co-owner Gerard Basset OBE was Best Sommelier in the World 2010 and also holds Master Sommelier, Master of Wine and Wine MBA awards.

36 on the Quay is located in the picturesque fishing village of Emsworth and overlooks the beautiful bay area. It has held a Michelin star for over 12 years and is popular with lovers of fine food.
Another Michelin star gem is JSW in Petersfield, short for Jake Saul Watkins. This 17th century former coaching inn serves stylish yet simple food and boasts old beams and a well stocked wine cellar.
The famous Hotel du Vin is housed in one of central Winchester's most important Georgian buildings, dating back to 1715. This small luxury hotel enjoys an intimate ambience in the cosy bistro, Champagne bar and delightful walled garden.
