Field to Fork Festival at Laverstoke Park Farm

Laverstoke Park Farm’s Field to Fork Festival, combines country show with a food festival and is a great day out for all the family with lots to do for all ages - together.

Come and see how we make our beautiful mozzarella, take part in our workshops -which include bread making, butter making, cheese and ale matching as well as ice-cream
making. Meet small, speciality food producers, take a tractor-trailer tour of the farm, go on a woodland walk through the ancient woodlands, see sheepdog demonstrations and meet our pigs, sheep, chickens and buffalos. All this and further kids activities and some of our very own Jody Scheckter’s collection of F1 cars.

Over the course of the weekend we will be hosting some 20 of the UK’s most exciting chefs all battling it out on the coals with their sights set on the title of ‘British BBQ Champion 2012’. Last year Cinnamon Kitchen fought back to re-claim the crown from 2011 winner Bruno Loubet! BUT who will triumph this year? Watch the drama unfold with live interaction and commentary from BBC food correspondent Nigel Barden, as the chefs face judgment from our panel of revered and feared food critics. Our chefs will also be cooking up a storm in our demo theatre over the two days.

James Martin will be at the helm of the amateur BBQ Champs on Saturday, BBQ enthusiasts will be out to impress James and his panel of judges.
