In Hampshire we’re lucky to have Hampshire Fare, one of the UK's leading food groups that promotes the best quality in local produce. Hampshire Fare organises the annual Hampshire Food Festival, provides training and business support for producers and has a wealth of information for lovers of good food.
There’s also a campaign to support Hampshire’s pork producers. In association with Hampshire Fare and local hotels, the Hampshire Hog campaign – echoing the symbol of Hampshire - is backing the development of cured meats and charcuterie products, such as air-dried ham, chorizo and smoked meats.
