Dating from the 1860s, Bembridge House has been lovingly restored as nearly as possible to the original but facilities have been brought up to date, offering the best of both worlds, Victorian grandeur and comfortable quality.

The house is very quiet, set well back from the road. Located in the conservation area of Fareham, just minutes' walk from Ferneham Hall, the shopping precinct and the many varied restaurants in Georgian High Street and West Street.

Each room has its own unique character, the Governess's Room, the Butler's Room, the Maid's, Major Gordon's and the Cook's Room. All the beds are comfortable and have 100% cotton bedlinen. Breakfasts are sumptuous with fresh fruit, cereals, juices, a choice of teas, freshly ground coffee and a selection of cooked dishes, including black pudding!

Bembridge House is just 10 minutes' walk from a leisure centre with swimming pool and park with play area. It is also only a 15 minute drive from the swimming, sailing, windsurfing and fishing offered in the Solent. Fareham is an ideal centre for visiting Portsmouth's historic dockyard and warships, we are also a short drive (10 minutes) from HMS Collingwood. As well as the New Forest and cathedrals of Winchester, Chichester and Salisbury, all within an hours drive. Near to Cams Hall Golf Club, a 27 hole course.
