Alternatively, check out the winners of the 2007 Hampshire Hospitality Awards. A range of restaurants, pubs, tea rooms and cafés took part in a new quality scheme for eateries, and underwent a 'mystery shopper' assessment. The trained assessors considered every aspect of the customer experience including cleanliness, hospitality, service and efficiency, presentation and food quality.
