HorsePower - The Museum of The Kings Royal Hussars in Winchester
Victorian and 20thC uniforms, paintings, medals, horse, 1914 dugout, photographs, silver, 3 armoured vehicles. The only cavalry museum in Central Southern England telling the story of the mounted soldier both on horse and in tanks.

Nearest station is Winchester. From station turn right, walk south on station approach, then upper High Street. At mini roundabout turn right uphill on Romsey Road. Entrance to barracks is first gate on left.
