Situated in the tiny hamlet of Neatham up a quiet country lane, Neatham Barn occupies a lovely setting within the grounds of Neatham Cottage, the family home of Alastair and Liz Carey.
Constructed in 2004 and separate from the cottage, this delightful 'oak' framed annexe enjoys a southern aspect and far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The accommodation, which is on the first floor and accessed via an external staircase, has been tastefully decorated and furnished with the comfort of guests very much in mind.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in Neatham Barn.
Bed and Breakfast Accommodation (Visit Britain 4 Stars)
There are two beds (one soft, one not so soft) in the accommodation and these can be 'zip and linked' to form a king size double.
The en-suite bathroom contains a shower cubicle as well as a bath and there is an unlimited supply of hot water.
Heating is thermostatically controlled and is adjusted according to guests' preference. A pedestal cooling fan is available during hot weather.
Other facilities in the room include;

-Refrigerator including complimentary bottled water
-Tea and coffee making facilities
-Ironing board and iron available on request
Included also, is the usual array of complimentary 'smellies'. Single occupancy available at £59 per person per night, breakfast included.
