De La Warr Cottage/West Wing

Delawarr House is a substantial period manor house offering very comfortable accommodation within the West Wing and Delawarr Cottage. We are situated on the southern side of Lymington with a rural outlook towards the Solent and close to the High Street, Quay and local marinas.

The property provides high quality, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped self-catering units. Situated as it is within The New Forest, the location offers many activities and interests. The accommodation is fully child friendly. Travel cots* etc can be provided for younger children. The grounds of each holiday let provide a secure play area for children of all ages. (*Cot linen is not provided).

There is ample parking for cars, boats and trailers.

Delawarr House is within easy reach of horse riding, wagon rides, Exbury Gardens, the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu and the New Forest Show (each July). Lymington town offers a full range of excellent restaurants and shops and the Isle of Wight is a 30 minute ferry ride away from the local ferry terminal.

Lets at De La Warr House run from Friday to Friday and weekend and midweek can be arranged (out of peak holiday periods). The properties are let from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure. Heating and lighting is included in the tariff. Bedding and bed linen is provided (although guests should bring their own towels). All quilts and pillows are hypoallergenic. All units are cleaned thoroughly before each new let.

The Cottage - sleeping 2 to 5 people - is a recent conversion with stripped oak floors. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining room/lounge area with separate double bedroom. Upstairs is a bath with shower and toilet. The upstairs bedroom can be either a double or twin with a single 2.5 foot bed.
The West Wing offers spacious, well equipped accommodation for up to ten persons with four bedrooms all en-suite. A spacious and comfortable sitting/dining room and double patio doors opening onto private garden area.
