How to Book
Booking accommodation online is quick, easy and secure. When searching for accommodation, look for properties displaying the green 'Book Online' button. These will either say 'Guaranteed Availability' or 'Unconfirmed Availability'.
Simply enter your requirements into the 'Search Accommodation' box on the left to search for accommodation by location, star rating, room type, name and for availability on a particular date if known. If you have specific requirements, use the Advanced Search option. Click on the property name to see the full details of each accommodation establishment.
The following booking options are available:
1) Guaranteed availability > Book Now
Accommodation providers offering instantly bookable, guaranteed availability. Accommodation providers may require a deposit to secure the booking, subject to the establishment's own terms and conditions of booking.
2) Unconfirmed availability > Check Availability
Accommodation providers offering availability that needs to be double checked with the establishment before a firm booking can be made. This check and any resulting bookings can be carried out online. A deposit may be required to secure the booking, subject to the establishment's own terms and conditions of booking.
3) Enquiry booking form > Submit a Booking Enquiry
Certain properties are unable to be booked online. An enquiry booking form can be emailed to the provider who will email you back with their availability and you can then ring the provider directly to book.
4) Call now to book
Check availability and book directly with the property.

The Council cannot accept any liability for inaccuracies or omissions or for any loss or damage in any way connected with or arising from the making of any bookings.
Please note that individual proprietors have the right to vary the above conditions and/or impose additional conditions, provided they inform you of such conditions before they accept your booking. If you need to cancel your booking you must let the accommodation establishment know. A booking forms an immediate contract and full payment may still be payable for cancellations. Your contract is with the accommodation provider even if you have used a tourist information centre to assist with your booking.
Personal booking service
Our friendly tourist information centre staff can search availability for you and make a reservation on your behalf, subject to a small booking fee. Please contact the nearest tourist information centre to where you wish to stay.
All accommodation displayed on Visit Hampshire has been externally inspected by either the AA or Quality in Tourism on behalf of Visit England. Please speak to the accommodation owner during your stay to resolve any complaints.
