An old dairy farmhouse set in around 2 acres in a hamlet of the Test Valley, near the River Test, just 4 miles north of the old market town of Romsey. The accommodation is self contained on the ground floor level.

Close to Mottisfont Abbey and Sir Harold Hillier Gardens and central to Winchester, New Forest and Southampton with good access route to South Coast.

Ideal for walkers, cyclists, sightseeing, fishing or just a relaxing break. A warm welcome to all.
