The Nurse's Cottage Restaurant with Rooms

Completed in June 1909, this was home for 70 years to Sway’s successive District Nurses, after whom the five bedrooms are named.

More recent times have seen this become one of the New Forest's most highly acclaimed places to wine, dine and relax, enjoying an enviable reputation for comfort, good food and warm hospitality. Awards for Best Breakfast in Britain, Outstanding Customer Service and Accessibility for All have been heaped upon The Nurse’s Cottage Restaurant with Rooms for more than a decade and favourable reviews have appeared frequently on radio, television and in the national and regional press.

The Nurse's Cottage Restaurant with Rooms is open seven days a week for accommodation, breakfast and dinner, with the exception of a three-week closure in November and February/March for staff holidays.

Please note all room rates are for half board - dinner bed and breakfast
