Oak Tree Cottage is a charming property featuring a beautiful mezzanine bedroom looking over the open plan living area.

The property is ideal for small families and has the added advantage of being dog friendly too. Outside there is a fantastic treehouse in the garden that kids can enjoy for hours (please ensure children are supervised in the garden at all times). There is also a lovely decked area overlooking the garden and beyond fields, a lovely spot to enjoy dinner.

Inside the cottage relies heavily on the wood burner for its main source of heating. Unlimited logs are provided in the winter season with additional heaters for extra warmth.

The ground floor bedroom has a zip and link bed which can be made into a king size bed or two singles (please advise on booking your preferred configuration). The mezzanine provides a further two single beds. The ladder to the mezzanine should be approached with caution.

Just a short stroll away is a private beach of which there are details left in the cottage to direct you. The villages of Beaulieu and East Boldre are a short drive away, as are the attractions Bucklers Hard, Beaulieu and Exbury Gardens and Steam Railway.
