A Taste of Royal-Tea at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire This Summer

This month, racegoers from across the UK will be readying themselves for the ultimate British summer event, Royal Ascot. From exquisite fashion to exhilarating races and magnificent culinary experiences, there truly is something for everyone at this spectacular event.

To celebrate, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire will be joining forces with iconic Belgian designer Fabienne Delvigne for a special fashion display and stylish hat-inspired afternoon tea from June 14 to 24, 2023.

The go-to milliner for members of the Royal Families of Belgium, The Netherlands, Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg and of Sweden, Fabienne will be presenting her sophisticated and timelessly chic headwear, which has won her wide acclaim throughout Europe.

The perfect complement to Fabienne’s beautiful designs, Executive Pastry Chef Maxime Gourlain has crafted a delicious afternoon tea with four hat-inspired cakes, including –

• Lady Blue - Jasmine tea, red cherry pannacotta, Tahitian vanilla whipped ganache
• Artemisia - Matcha and white chocolate bavaroises, kalamansi Cambridge cream
• Hestia - Coconut mousse, rose water and raspberry jelly
• Chinaty - Pecan and nyangbo 68% chocolate choux light tonka beans insert

On June 22, 2023, Fabienne Delvigne will then transport guests into the closed but magical world of hats at Four Seasons in Hampshire with an intimate talk, sharing her journey, from creating a start-up to Royal Warrant Holder, her collaborations with the European Royal families and some of the best fashion designers including Giorgio Armani, Chanel and Dior.  Guests will then be taken through the process of creating a hat and her experimental creations for special events, all punctuated with anecdotes. And, of course, sharing the secrets to finding the right hat.

Fabienne Delvigne will also be available for personal appointments with guests and spa members from June 20 to 24, 2023 in London or Hampshire.
