To celebrate the 1 year anniversary of 878 AD in Winchester, we're giving you the chance to win a family ticket!
878 AD is an immersive experience, witness the sights and sounds of Anglo-Saxon Winchester and discover the stories of the people who lived there, brought to life with spectacular graphics from Assassin’s Creed Valhalla® and Discovery Tour: Viking Age.
• Discover a seamless experience in two parts: an interactive attraction with stunning video projection and live performance, and an augmented reality app tour of Winchester
• Immerse yourself in early medieval Wessex, recreated in majestic detail in the video game Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
• View real Anglo-Saxon objects, including the exquisite Winchester Reliquary
• Try your hand at Anglo-Saxon games and discover interactive exhibits!
The Prize:
One family ticket (2 adults and up to 3 children) to 878 AD to be used before 1st February 2024.

T&Cs Summary:
- The prize is a family ticket for 2 adults and up to 3 children to 878 AD in Winchester.
- The winner will be selected from entrants who follow Visit Hampshire and 878 AD on Instagram, and have commented on Visit Hampshire’s Instagram post. The winner will have entered the competition by closing date.
- The competition is not open to Hampshire County Council or Hampshire Cultural Trust's staff or their immediate family.
- Multiple entries per person are permitted for the competition and all entrants must be over 18.
- Competition is only open to UK residents.
- All travel costs, meals and incidentals are not included within the competition prize.
- The prize must be used before the 1st February 2024.
- Entries for the competition close 11.59pm Sunday 26th Novemeber 2023 and a winner will be chosen at random and contacted on Monday 27th November 2023.
- The ticket cannot be resold, exchanged, and has no monetary value. The ticket is for the named winner only.
- Your comped ticket will be valid for one day, booked on confirmation of winner.
- Tickets already purchased cannot be refunded. This prize applies to 878 AD only and is non-transferrable to other Hampshire Cultural Trust entrance tickets or products.
