Two miles north of Winchester on a good bus route with services every 15 minutes during the day and hourly in the evening. There is adequate parking outside the property in a lay by.
The accommodation consists of 1 bedroom with twin beds and plenty of cupboards and drawers. Large lounge/diner with optional folding bed for 3rd person. Freeview TV/DVD, digital radio. WIFI broadband. Bathroom has bath with power shower over and heated towel rail. Seperate WC. Fully equipped kitchen, all electric with washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Own entrance into decked garden area with seat and table. Use of washing line.
All bed linen and towels provided. No smoking or pets. Several shops including Waitrose and takeaways are within walking distance.
Short breaks available. Minimum 3 nights.
