By opting into the Visit Hampshire e-newsletter you are giving consent for Visit Hampshire to send you tourism emails, hold your data such as full name, email address, first part of your postcode and your Visit Hampshire e-newsletter interaction history.

Visit Hampshire (Managed by Hampshire County Council) collects information about you in order to email you the Visit Hampshire e-newsletter with tourism information for Hampshire. Which will include the following content; ideas of things to do, places to stay, special offers, competitions, visitor information and news.We will use the information in order to send you the Visit Hampshire e-newsletter.

Your details will be shared by Visit Hampshire (Managed by Hampshire County Council) with third party companies SAP and AWS, who are acting only on our instructions and under contract, in order to send out the news and information by email.

From time to time we will use your personal email data which is derived from your historical interactions you have made when reading previous Visit Hampshire e-newsletters and the topics which you have read. For example, if you have enjoyed reading food and drink articles in the Visit Hampshire newsletter, we may tailor future e-newsletters to send you more interesting articles on food and drink.

Your personal information will not be transferred to any country outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

The data you supply will be retained on an ongoing basis, until such time as the newsletter ceases to exist or you choose to unsubscribe from that newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the ‘Manage my subscriptions’ or ‘Unsubscribe’ links contained in our newsletters. We will keep your personal information for four years after you have unsubscribed from the Visit Hampshire e-newsletter.
