Why not de-stress at one of Hampshire’s many spas, with plenty to choose from to suite your needs your Spa Break in Hampshire is not far away.

With over ten spas and spa hotels dotted around the county you are certain to find one to perfectly suit you.  Situated in the diverse locations of the county’s metropolitan cities and emerald country side a spa break is essential whether it’s just for loosening up or it’s for a special occasion with friends or family.

Country Spas
Those who require taking maximum relaxation by replacing the noise and the buzz of the city with the tranquillity of the countryside could always opt for Chewton Glen hotel and spa in the New Forest. The estimable Chewton Glen is home to Europe’s largest hydrotherapy, a seventeen metre outdoor pool and did we also mention that the spa is award winning?

Lime Wood also in the New Forest is a great place to spend a Spa Day at their Herb House, with a selection or treatments to choose from and if you don’t find out design your own bespoke spa day with a specialist.

The Four Seasons Hotel Spa in East Hampshire is a former 18th century stable block, with a number of different treatments using world renowned spa products such as Sodashi, Natura Bissé, Swiss Perfection and Espa to help you relax into your spa day.

For a more personal and tailored spa break, Champney’s Forest Mere is the ultimate retreat as it is dedicated solely to soothe the mind and body. Enveloped in the quaint village of Liphook within the South Downs national park in and around 160 acres of woodland, this secluded getaway is a contemporary classic with views stretching over a lake and top of the range thermal poolside suites. City Spas
Hampshire’s many cities also house reputable spas. The medieval city of Winchester, once the capital of England in the 9th century is also home to a well known intimate spa at The Winchester hotel and spa. The spa’s central location is more than perfect as the centre of the town has plenty of amenities – so if you wish you could start off your day with lunch and then head to the spa for further relaxation.

Approximately half an hour away from Winchester, adjacent to the medieval walls of Southampton and facing the Port of Southampton sits the Grand Harbour Hotel and spa. Slumping and lazing is more than acceptable with The Eforea’s exciting spa features which consist of heated stone loungers, experience showers infused with essential oils, outside spa terrace with Jacuzzi…….the list is endless.
