Celebrate Easter in Hampshire this year with 'eggciting' Easter egg hunts to days out at top attractions, there's plenty of things to do in Hampshire for all ages during the Easter holidays.

With two weeks of Easter holidays to enjoy with the children – including the extra-long Easter weekend from 30 March – 10 April 2026 – Easter is the perfect time to enjoy a spring break in Hampshire. 


Easter events in Hampshire 2026

There are Easter events to enjoy across Hampshire this spring, many taking place in the county’s beautiful gardens among the blooming spring flowers – so why not pack a picnic to enjoy with the chocolate eggs that you might find.

You’ll find Easter egg hunts and trails this year in locations across Hampshire, including Birdworld and Sir Harold Hillier Gardens as well as at National Trust venues like Mottisfont, Hintion AmpnerThe Vyne, and Uppark - details of these trails will be added soon. 

There will be lots of Easter friends to meet at Paultons Park and plenty of Easter fun on offer at the Winchester Science Centre and Planetarium and our other family attractions. Hop aboard the Easter bunny train on The Watercress Line and check out theatre performances on offer at Theatre Royal Winchester.
