The Rising Sun offers everything you would expect from a traditional pub; charming, quaint, full of character and more. Oak beams, flint and brick walls, open fireplaces, cosy seating with wood and stone flooring and candlelit tables.

The pub stands nestled in a village right on the edge of the South Downs. It’s the perfect place to visit for a meal or even to come and stay and spend some time enjoying the beautiful surrounding countryside of the South Downs. Perfect for long leisurely walks or more serious hiking, or for gentle cycle rides through the country lanes or following the more challenging mountain bike trail of Queen Elizabeth Country Park situated nearby.
