Buckler's Hard - New Forest
This former shipbuilding village now houses a fascinating maritime museum, cafe and cottages. Visitors can stroll down to the Beaulieu River or enjoy a meal in The Master Builder's pub.
Spinnaker Tower & Gunwharf Quays - Portsmouth
Soak up the views of Portsmouth Harbour and its surroundings from the top of the 170 metre tall Spinnaker Tower. Next doors sits Gunwharf Quays, a shopping centre bursting at the seams with discounted designer goods.
Theatre Royal - Winchester
The Theatre Royal offers diverse productions of modern theatre, from plays and comedy to amateur dramatics. Located in the heart of Winchester, there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby to complete an evening out.
Winchester Cathedral - Winchester
A visit to Hampshire wouldn't be complete without seeing Winchester Cathedral. Dating back centuries, visitors can see its stunning interior or stroll around its pretty grounds. At Christmas time there is a bustling market and ice rink.
Watercress Line - Alresford
Choo Choo! All aboard the Watercress Line Steam Railway which runs between Alresford and Alton. A perfect day out for two, you will have plenty of time to explore these pretty market towns if you want to.

Naturalist Gilbert White's house is open to visitors throughout the year. Learn about Gilbert White and the 19th century explorer Frank Oates before exploring the fabulous gardens that surround the house.
Cycling The South Downs Way - South Downs
The 100 mile long South Downs Way stretches from Winchester to Sussex. Whether you enjoy walking or cycling, the route can be completed in stages. Along the way you will pass through pretty villages and market towns and you'll be able to soak up the stunning scenery of the South Downs National Park.
Highclere Castle & Gardens - Newbury
Highclere Castle is the location for hit ITV drama Downton Abbey. Open at various times of the year, visitors can purchase tickets which will allow them to explore the interior and exterior of the estate. Be aware that tickets often sell out quickly at the beginning of each season.
