Join willow sculptor Jacqueline Rolls for the weekend to create a large willow deer sculpture of your choice.

The workshop will take place from 10 -5 each day and include a light lunch and refreshments, all materials, and the use of tools. The hands-on workshop will commence with an introduction to the materials and tools, and you'll delve into the world of willow by selecting your very own bundle of pliable willow withies.

You'll begin the process of shaping and weaving these willow branches into the graceful form of a deer. This day is all about building the foundation of your sculpture and getting a feel for the medium.

By the end of the day, you will have completed the general shape ready for us to move on to adding the detail on the second day.
