Pink Champagne Afternoon Tea - Enjoy that well-overdue catch-up with friends over Aviator's exclusive new Pink Champagne Afternoon Tea experience, featuring a brand new menu of cakes, sweet treats, scones and sandwiches with a subtle pink twist. £26.50 per person.

Tasting Menu with Paired Wines - In partnership with Aviator's favourite local suppliers who, like all local businesses, have struggled over the past year, the hotel has created a special 5 course Tasting Menu showcasing the best produce of the region with each course carefully paired with a boutique wine. £95 per person.

Spring Staycation - Now you can finally book that Spring getaway you've been longing for so spoil your loved one to a well-deserved overnight experience with Aviator's special room offer including a stylish Aviator room, delicious 5 course Tasting Menu and indulgent Brasserie breakfast for £195 per couple.

Complimentary cocktail - To show how much Aviator has missed its guests, the hotel is offering all guests dining with them in the Brasserie throughout May a complimentary
cocktail made with vodka, cranberry and lemon juice delicately poured over sweet candy floss.
