Solent Lookout is a traditional three-storey townhouse in the heart of lively Lymington on the southeastern tip of the New Forest National Park. This dog-friendly holiday home enjoys exciting views across the Lymington River and the busy mariner waters of The Solent from the first-floor sitting room and second-floor twin bedroom.
Tastefully furnished with comfort in mind, guests will find a roomy dining room and well-equipped kitchen breakfast room, utility and cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs the sitting room with the river views offers sofas and chairs to relax, along with fully loaded bookshelves, a TV and a feature coal gas fire. The master ensuite bedroom suite is also on this floor, and a second staircase leads to the top of the house, with three further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside, the paved rear west-facing garden captures the afternoon and evening sun and offers a peaceful spot to chill and chat late into the evening.
