Join Balmer Lawn Hotel for an evening with Rick Jackson from Wave 105.2 FM Breakfast Show. An Isle of Wight boy, Rick Jackson has over 20 years' experience in radio, and is a familiar voice on air. Rick and his trusty breakfast team provide music, news, travel, entertainment and laughter to thousands of listeners in the south.
From humble beginnings hosting hospital radio, to presenting on Power FM, Rick finally found a home and a family at Wave 105, the south's most listened to commercial radio station. His varied career includes presenting the popular breakfast show, driving his vintage bus, interviewing the rich and famous, hosting events and juggling family life with two young children! Find out what it's like to work in radio and what makes him sound so jolly at 5 am in the morning!
Tickets in advance cost £40 per person and include arrival drinks, canapes, 2 course dinner and a talk from Rick Jackson, followed by questions from the audience. (£10.00 per ticket will go to Wave 105 Cash 4 Kids Charity)
The evening will start with reception drinks and canapes from 7.00pm, and sit down at 7.45pm. The hotel will have special accommodation rate for this event. Why not make it a weekend away and book your room from £159.00 for 2 people sharing, including full English breakfast.
