About
Tune into the beauty of change this November through Forest Bathing.
As the trees shed their leaves and the air turns cooler, nature invites us to slow down and let go. November's gentle stillness offers a space for quiet reflection, emotional reset, and deep connection. Misty mornings, earthy scents, and soft golden light awaken the senses—making every step feel grounding and restorative.
Forest Bathing at this time of year helps build resilience, soothes the nervous system, and prepares us, mind, body, and spirit, for the winter season ahead.
What is Forest Bathing?
Also known as Shinrin-Yoku, Forest Bathing is a mindful, sensory practice of slowly walking through the forest while using all your senses to connect deeply with the natural world. Through simple sensory exercises, you'll engage with the woods in a fresh way—perhaps noticing details and sensations you've never experienced before.
Potential Health Benefits include:
Reduced stress and anxiety
Lowered blood pressure
Boosted immune system
Improved mood and mental clarity
Better sleep and overall sense of wellbeing
During the session, you'll also learn some of the fascinating science behind how time spent in ancient woodland supports your mental, physical, and emotional health.
By the end, you'll take home practical tools to bring calm, clarity, and mindfulness into your daily life—plus a renewed sense of connection to yourself and the natural world.
No experience is necessary. The only requirement is to come with an open mind.
Booking is essential as group sizes are kept intentionally small. Booking via website.
