Sound Bath - 2 hour Cacao, Drumming & Gong Autumn Equinox at The New Moon Mill

I'd love for you to join me for an evening of extended sound at a Smile Hi Sound Bath with a difference! This special event will offer a deeply immersive experience.

You'll have the opportunity to bathe in the vibrational tones of the Himalayan Full Moon Singing Bowls and the usual additional sounds, but what makes this session unique is a 30-minute Sound Bath extension that incorporates drumming, voice, and gong, providing an even richer sound journey, and a Cacao ceremony to start. I'll be holding this event in a special venue surrounded by nature and water, which will greatly enhance the tranquil atmosphere. The session will begin with a guided meditation to help everyone relax and prepare for the sound bath.

Herbal tea and dark chocolate for grounding offered afterwards with a chance to reflect upon the session if you would like to.

Please arrive at 6.45pm to park up and get settled.

Yoga mats will be provided. You will need to bring additional blankets, pillow and eye mask.
