Adventure Cinema at Stansted Park

The stately Stansted Park in Rowlands Castle near Havant provides a beautiful backdrop for Adventure Cinema’s series of popular movies to enjoy with family and friends this summer. Pack a picnic and your best sing-along voice to join in the fun from 11 to 13 July.

Adventure Cinema at The Vyne
31 July – 3 August 2025
Films: Dirty Dancing (31 July), Bridget Jones' Diary (1 August), Queen Spectacular (2 August), Harry Potter & The Philosopher’s Stone (3 August).
Just outside Basingstoke, The Vyne's north lawn plays host to popular movies across the first weekend of August this summer. Sing along to Queen, dance to Dirty Dancing, laugh with Bridget Jones, or have a family adventure with Harry Potter.

Outdoor Cinema Nights at Lainston House
8 – 29 August 2025
Films: Mamma Mia (8 August), Pride and Prejudice (14 August), Grease (17 August), A Star is Born (22 August), Dirty Dancing (23 August), and Moulin Rouge (29 August).
The immaculate lawn of Lainston House hotel near Winchester makes for a marvellous movie-watching spot and on selected dates in August you can do just that. Pack your own picnic or opt for a ticket that includes one of Lainston’s woodfired pizzas.

Screen on the Lawn at the Aviator
25 – 27 July 2025
Films: Dirty Dancing (25 July), Wicked (26 July), Top Gun: Maverick (26 July evening), and The Lion King 2019 (27 July).
There can be no better place to experience the cinematic exhilarance of Top Gun: Maverick than on the lawn of the swish Aviator Hotel in Farnborough with private jets landing and taking off just behind the screen. Catch the action, plus other movie classics including Wicked and Dirty Dancing, from 25 to 27 July.

Films: Pride & Prejudice (15 August)
Celebrate Jane Austen’s 250th anniversary this summer with this magical screening of Pride & Prejudice from 2005 starring Keira Knightley as Elizabeth Bennet with the gorgeous river bank beside Houghton Lodge’s beautiful sweeping lawns providing a suitably Austen-esque location for this classic written by the Hampshire author.
