New Forest is a perfect place to take a walk, discover the three short walks at Bolderwood. Bolderwood located north west of Lyndhurst and is along Ornamental Drive.
Visit Bolderwood and you may be lucky enough to spot deer at the deer viewing platform. The platform is overlooking a large meadow where the Deer like to reside. The platform is purpose built and the National Park Rangers (when free) feed the deer between 12.30pm -2.30pm between the months of April and September. However deer do still visit the meadow throughout the year.
Each of the three short walks start from the Deer Viewing platform and are all clearly way marked:
The Deer Watch Trail – 0.8Km (Yellow Route)
Jubilee Grove Trail – 1.6KM (Green Route)
Radnor Trail – 3.2KM (Red Route)
