About
Looking for some spooktacular fun this Halloween? Whiteley shopping centre will be opening their free Beastly Boo-tique to little shoppers from 11am-4pm on Thursday 31st October 2019.
Visitors are invited to come along and meet the Beast Patrol for a day of millipede meeting, tarantula touching and snake slithering. Anyone feeling brave enough can even hold them… or perhaps leave that part to the kids!
If that wasn't enough, trail maps will be available for children to take part in a Halloween hunt around the centre. Kids can set off in search of hidden creepy crawlies inside stores and receive some trick or treats along the way.
Whiteley's resident face painter will be on-hand to transform kids into the creepiest of creepy crawlies, plus little shoppers can enjoy some arts and crafts by creating their own bug-like masks.
This Halloween Whiteley will be partnering with local Solent charity group Acts of Kindness Community (AOK). AOK aims to relieve the effects of poverty, provide support to the vulnerable and recognise those in the community who have served beyond expectation.
All the events taking place at the centre are free of charge, but any donations made will support the incredible work AOK do in Solent to provide food, clothing and household items to those in need.
With Halloween just around the corner, costumes are already on the shelves at Whiteley and retailers have stocked up with a full range of Halloween goodies.
From frightfully fun decorations at Card Factory or Flying Tiger, to creepy costumes in Claire's Accessories, M&S and many more – there's plenty to get shoppers ready to scare this Halloween.
