Mini Air Show 4 at Popham Airfield

Volunteer group 'Team MiniAirshow' are holding their fourth celebration of the positive side of drones on 12th & 13th May 2018 at Popham Airfield near Micheldever, Hampshire - with the support of the Spitfire Club.

'MA4@Popham Drone Zone' will include a wide variety of unmanned aircraft, from miniature indoor racers to model aircraft and enormous cutting-edge workhorses on show. From 11am-6pm, the event is open to the general public with plenty to see and do. MA4 is run to promote the fun, interesting and useful applications of drone technology when used safely.

FPV (First-Person View) Racing will be taking place in the permanent netted Drone Zone, whilst the adjacent aeromodeller's field will be host to some demonstrations - with a highlight by the University of Southampton at 2pm on the Saturday. A large marquee will hold traders, and food and refreshments will be available for purchase.

Team MiniAirshow events have grown in size from an East Sussex school hall gathering in 2015 to become the largest International Drone Day celebration outside of the United States.
