Join us in 2026 to explore an absolutely hidden historical gem. Southwick Park, near Portsmouth is on an operational military base and not open to the general public so tickets are limited.  We will take you to Eisenhower's D-Day Map Room & HQ where Churchill, Eisenhower, de Gaulle and King George met to discuss D-Day and give the famous order "Okay, let's go"! We will also visit the incredible operations room which features the original and unique map (Grade 1 listed) and fills an entire wall. With this amazing backdrop we will tell the story of D-Day and the incredible people involved.
The tour experience includes a two and a half hour presentation and exclusive museum visit.

As well as tours of Southwick House every two months, we have been leading tours for over ten years to Fort Southwick - a huge underground WW2 bunker, hidden deep beneath Portsdown Hill near Portsmouth.

Built in 1942, this labyrinth of tunnels was home to 700 men and women of the Royal Navy, Army, RAF and Allied nations that directed Operation Neptune - the naval phase of D-Day. The Fort Southwick UGHQ had a direct link to nearby Southwick Park where Supreme Commander General Eisenhower was based in the weeks leading up to D-Day.
