Stansted Park are delighted to announce that on 25th February 2018 from 11am - 4pm, they will be throwing open their doors for their first ever Wedding Showcase.
Stansted Park will be inviting all the couples who have booked their special day with them over the next couple of years to this 'one stop shop' of everything they could possibly need to create the day of their dreams. And, of course, those more recently engaged and still in the early stages of their planning, will also be welcome to come and see the stunning wedding venue dressed to perfection.
Unlike larger fairs, where the venue might be cleared for lots of exhibitors, Stansted Park will be set up for a wedding; inviting trusted suppliers to showcase their own particular speciality.
In the magnificent entrance hall, prospective brides will be greeted with champagne and canapés. The music room will be partly set as if for a ceremony and the drawing room for a formal wedding breakfast. A variety of marquee styles will be represented on the south and east lawns.
Throughout the day, there will be musicians in and outside the house, bandstands on the lawn, mobile catering units, wedding cars on the gravel and even a beautiful tuk tuk providing rides to and from the chapel. In the bridal suite there will be hair and make-up demonstrations and mobile massage. Add to this a scattering of registrars, toastmasters and wedding stationers and Standsted House are confident it will be a fun, informative for all!
Parking and entry to the house is free for this event.
