This Tardis-like cottage sleeps up to six adults and two children and comes with a great garden for relaxing and a BBQ. There’s plenty of seating outside to chill whilst little ones amuse themselves on the double swing and slide set and play with a collection of outdoor games. Inside is all about comfort and is thoughtfully well-equipped for adults and young families. Think quality furnishings, comfy sofas around a cosy fire, an open-plan kitchen diner, blissfully comfortable king-size and zip-link beds and a separate children’s room upstairs.
Talbot Cottage is in the Georgian marine town of Lymington, which boasts a weekly street market, independent shops and an abundance of wonderful restaurants, gastro pubs and child-friendly eateries on your doorstep. It's a leisurely stroll to the cobbled quay for fishing trips, day trips to the Isle of Wight and watching sailors tinkering about in the harbour. Bag a catch of the day from the harbourside fish stall and bring bacon scraps and a net for a spot of crabbing.
