You couldn’t be in a more convenient spot for a break in the sailing town of Lymington on the New Forest’s south coast. You’ll find Kelymar Cottage just off the bottom of the Georgian high street - regularly named as one of the best high streets in the UK. It’s filled with independent shops, boutiques, pubs and plenty of dining options. Pick up something delicious for breakfast from one of the bakeries, and on Saturday explore the ancient Saturday Charter street market featuring an abundance of locally made gifts, meals and New Forest produce. Head down to the quay to watch the boats come and go, and a little further are the marinas full of shiny, expensive boats and the scenic sea wall walk. 

Sleeping four guests and up to two dogs, you’ll find two double bedrooms upstairs, both with TVs, and the master king-size double being en suite. On the ground floor there’s plenty of living space. The lounge and dining area lead to a kitchen and breakfast room, while the conservatory offers another comfy place to sit, with French doors opening straight onto the fully enclosed courtyard garden. Private and sunny, it’s a lovely spot for breakfast outside or a glass of something chilled at the end of the day.
