About
In the sleepy village of Sopley, The Study is a super stylish dog-friendly hideaway for two, surrounded by paddocks and leafy lanes on the edge of the New Forest. The popular village pub serving excellent meals is just up the lane, and it’s just a quick drive to sandy beaches and walking trails. It’s worth mentioning the pretty water meadows and wildlife-rich Avon Valley Path, which runs through Sopley village, leading all the way to Christchurch Harbour and Salisbury.
The Study’s interiors contain an open-plan kitchen and dining area that feels calm and inviting, with soft lighting and lots of thoughtful finishing touches. Add to that a large adjoining conservatory filled with sofas and chairs, which is bright and airy by day, and cosy in the evenings, with views towards the village church. Upstairs, an en-suite mezzanine bedroom is finished with crisp white linen. A private courtyard is perfect for your outdoor space - ideal for a quiet breakfast or a sundowner.
If you are part of a larger group, The Study can also be booked alongside its neighbouring cottages, Bell Hatch and The School House, to sleep up to eight guests.
