The Dining Room at Chewton Glen offers the typically English to the totally cosmopolitan, with the option of dining alfresco overlooking the exquisitely beautiful landscaped gardens. With Carlingford Lough oysters, to Chesil Smokery oak-smoked salmon to start. Mouth-watering steaks from the grill and desserts to die for. Head Chef Simon Addison, Executive Head Chef Luke Matthews and their talented brigade create fine dining at its finest.
And if you’re concerned about food miles, you won’t be disappointed to discover that many of the ingredients used have travelled less than 100 yards from the hotel's own kitchen garden.
Children are welcome in The Dining Room from 6-8pm, with last orders being placed by 7pm.
