Verveine Fishmarket Resturant opened in 2010 and aims to serve creative food with wonderful flavours in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
Chef/Patron David Wykes has worked in Michelin Star French kitchens, including: restaurant L'Univers, Les Viviers, Auberge D'Azur, Restaurant Jules Albert, and the world famous Restaurant Chantecler at the Hotel Negresco in Nice.
In 2015 Verveine was named as one in The Times top 100 restaurant list and was 9th for the south west restaurants.
The fishmongers within the restaurant has been a family run business for over 50 years, offering a large selection of fresh, high quality fish to customers, and supplying the restaurant kitchen.
