Returning this November, the ice-popular Portsmouth on Ice will once again transform the city’s Guildhall Square into a winter wonderland.
This firm festive favourite is a great place for a family slide outside, with push-along penguins to help the little ones find their skating feet.

Westquay on Ice, Southampton
10 November 2023 – 7 January 2024
Westquay on Ice in Southampton returns from November for its annual outdoor skating experience beneath the backdrop of the city’s medieval walls.
The rink has 900 sqm of real ice to twirl around on, and for the perfect post-skate refreshments winter cocktails and mulled wine is served up in the neighbouring après bar.

Planet Ice, Basingstoke

A permanent fixture in the ice skating calendar, enjoy indoor ice skating all year around at Planet Ice at Basingstoke Leisure Park. As well as daily public skating sessions, there are regular Ice skating lessons to help add a few pirouettes to your skating skills, and the rink is home to the ice hockey team the Basingstoke Bisons.
As well as ice skating, Basingstoke Leisure Park is home to iFLY Indoor Skydiving, Basingstoke Aquadrome, Odeon cinema, Hollywood Bowl, Basingstoke Golf Centre, and Milestones Museum, Hampshire’s museum of living history.

Planet Ice has a second ice rink in Hampshire with its spacious indoor rink in Gosport. Much like its north Hampshire counterpart, Planet Ice in Gosport offers daily public skating, ice skating lessons, ice discos, birthday parties, and special events throughout the year.
