Join celebrated restaurateur and author Mark Hix at Leckford, the beautiful Waitrose Estate and farm. Guests will enjoy an evening of fine food, matched wine and explore the stories that prompted and inspired Mark's love of food and cooking.
Mark will be your host for the evening and copies of his recent book Hooked will be available for sale and signing.
To start, served on sharing platters:
Truffled artichoke salad
Crispy cod salad
Whipped heritage beets with goat curd and grilled flat bread
Main course, individually plated:
Veal osso bocco with creamed polenta and wild mushrooms
Dessert, served on sharing platters:
Cranberry and white chocolate pavlova
Guests will be served a welcome drink and matched wine for each course. Additional drinks will be available for purchase.
