This huge, versatile holiday home is close to the coast in the village of Downton, just south of the New Forest National Park border.

It’s a fun place to holiday for 9 guests across 5 bedrooms, with up to 3 dogs who will love the easy walk to the year-round dog-friendly beach in the neighbouring village of Milford on Sea, where you’ll find a superb choice of pubs and restaurants.

A big draw of Twin Oaks, besides its great location, is its substantial south-facing landscaped garden with a raised entertainment sun deck overlooking the woods. Add a substantially oversized plunge pool and a dedicated games room with darts and a pool table, and you'll have plenty to keep friends and family of all ages happily entertained throughout your stay.

The airy, almost open-plan living is perfect for getting together for a glass of wine, meals, smiles, and memory-making. The décor is crisp and contemporary, paired with soft, comfy sofas in the lounge and quality beds and linens upstairs. For guests who may prefer quiet time and their own space, the house includes an annex-style area with a lounge and kitchenette, plus another TV, and a sofa bed.
