There will be plenty of treats to find in Hampshire this spring, with Easter egg hunts and trails happening across the county for the whole family to egg-splore.

Pack a picnic and venture on an Easter trail in one of Hampshire’s beautifully blooming spring gardens or jump on board a canoe for an egg-hunt with a difference along the Beaulieu River. With two weeks of Easter holidays to enjoy with the children – including the extra-long Easter weekend from 15-18 April 2022 – Easter is the perfect time to enjoy a spring break in Hampshire.

Bunny Hop Easter Trail, Winchester

9 – 24 April 2022

Take part in the Winchester Bunny Hop Trail – a free and fun-filled, Easter-themed trail for kids and big kids alike.

Download your Bunny Hop Easter Trail sheet (or collect a copy from the Visitor Information Centre, The Arc or Winchester City Museum), and hop around the beautiful historic streets of Winchester in search for Easter-themed words hidden in easter egg signs displayed in the windows of local businesses across the city, then return your completed trail sheet for an Easter-themed treat.

Highclere’s Easter Egg Trail

16 April 2022

Visit Highclere Castle on Easter Saturday this year to follow a trail of clues through Highclere’s gardens and woodland to win a chocolate Easter Egg.  Children can also bring along their creations to take part in the Easter Bonnet parade, as well as meet some of Highclere’s farm animals.
