An attractive addition to Winchester’s picturesque high street, The Winchester Bakery opened last year in the beautifully restored 17th century building by the Buttercross.

10. Cuppies ‘n’ Cream, Hartley Wintney and Yateley

For cupcakes too pretty to eat – but too tasty not to – you can’t beat Cuppies ‘n’ Cream in the north of the county.

The flagship café is in a beautiful Grade II listed building in the picturesque village of Hartley Wintney and the team opened a second shop in Yateley last year.

Raspberry ripple, rolo, and unicorn cupcakes are just some of the bakes to choose from. You can have a go at re-creating the deliciousness at the fun baking and decorating classes in the cake studio in Yateley.
