Victorious Festival
21 – 23 August 2026
With headliners Richard Ashcroft, The Black Keys, and Kasabian, Victorious Festival is again set to bring some huge acts to the south coast in 2026.
Situated on the stunning Southsea Seafront in the maritime city of Portsmouth, Victorious is a three-day festival over the August bank holiday weekend featuring some of the world’s biggest music artists as well as delicious food, comedy, a kids arena, and much more.

Boomtown
12 - 15 August 2026
One of Hampshire’s biggest festivals, Boomtown is a top event on the national and international festival circuit.
Bringing a world of escapism to the outskirts of Winchester every August, thousands congregate at Boomtown to embark on an imaginative journey through the evolutionary districts where every musical genre is celebrated from ska, folk, gypsy, reggae, world, punk, pirate, and disco to electro-swing, jazz, blue-grass, bass, jungle, and techno.
Boomtown is an immersive festival with storytelling and live theatre at its core. Each event unveils a new chapter of its ongoing narrative, delving further into the mythology of Boomtown.
Southampton Summer Sessions

Southampton Summer Sessions is back for 2026 with the city’s Guildhall Square transformed into a buzzing live music hub.
Headline acts include Pete Tong (14 June), The Beach Boys (16 June) and Billy Ocean (21 June).

The Big Eat at Royal Victoria Country Park
23 – 25 May 2026
Free and food-filled festival The Big Eat returns to Royal Victoria Country Park for the fifth consecutive year in May, showcasing the best food and drink in Hampshire with an enjoyable side dish of entertainment and live music.
At The Big Eat 2026, street food vendors from across Hampshire and beyond will be battling it out for the coveted Hampshire Street Food Awards. It’s a fabulous food festival showcasing the incredible talent and creativity within the local street food scene whilst giving back to the community with all the profits being donated to local food banks.

Portsmouth Pride
6 June 2026
After being the host city for UK Pride in 2025, Portsmouth is set to hold this year's Pride celebrations on 6 June 2026, when Southsea Seafront will welcome thousands of people of all ages from across the city and surrounding areas.
A free Pride event for all, the event will include a community-led parade and two stages, celebrating the diversity of the city and leaving a legacy of inclusivity for everyone in Portsmouth and the UK.

Dogstival
30 - 31 May 2025
Britain’s best-loved event for dogs and their owners returns to Hampshire in May, bringing a weekend of canine fun to Burley Park in the New Forest.
Expect boundless shows and activities, a giant dog splash pool for the pups to stay cool, tasty eats for dogs and owners alike, music on the hound dog stage, and a dog show where the four-legged can strut their stuff – paws-itively awesome!
Fizz Fest
28 June 2026
Vineyards of Hampshire (VoH) Fizz Fest will return showcasing Hampshire’s premier vineyards this time at the Hambledon Vineyard, for their 12th iconic flagship event.
Taking place during English Wine Week, Fizz Fest offers the chance to taste Hampshire’s premium sparkling and still wines, talk to the people who are the heart of the wines, plenty of local street food to enjoy, live music, new masterclasses, and vineyard tours.
Winchester Foodies Festival
17 - 19 July 2026
The nation’s top chefs and music artists are combined at the Winchester Foodies Festival – a delectable celebration of cooking, tasty food, delicious drinks, and live music.
MasterChef Champions, Michelin-starred and top local chefs will be cooking up their signature summer recipes in the Chefs Theatre and the Great British Bake Off stars will be demonstrating how to make show-stopping cakes in the Baking Theatre.

Lymington Seafood Festival
10 – 12 July 2026
Eat and drink your way along Lymington’s pretty marina this July at the annual Lymington Seafood Festival – the ultimate summer food weekend full of delicious south coast food and music. This year, the festival will be in its 10th anniversary.
The Chefs Demo Stage showcases the region’s best cookery, and the smells from the BBQ, smoking, and asado fire cooking masterclasses will be hard to resist.
Take a break from grazing around the festival stallholders with a spot of retail therapy and it wouldn’t be a festival without some great live music.

Southampton Mela Festival

Celebrating modern and traditional Asian culture with performances by world-class musicians and dancers as well as a whole host of delicious and authentic food, the Southampton Mela Festival returns to Hoglands Park this July.
The Southampton Mela Festival is a celebration showcase of the year-round music and dance activity that Art Asia coordinates in the city. There will food stalls from local businesses across the southern region, as well as family fun activities, creative workshops, and a huge range of stalls to explore.

Named after the town’s flourishing fish, Trout ‘n About is a thriving local food festival that takes place in the market town of Stockbridge on the first Sunday of August every year.
