Admire blankets of bluebells
April is prime bluebell season and Hampshire has some incredible places to see nature’s striking blankets of blue including Micheldever Woods near Winchester, which is one of the best places to see bluebells not just in Hampshire but in the whole of the UK.
Every April, a deep-blue carpet of flowers covers the ancient woodland floor and there are two waymarked trails to follow – the Archaeological Trail and the Family Trail.

The Easter holidays fall over the first two weeks of April this year, bringing with them a basketful of egg hunts and activities to enjoy.
