Beyond the Mud is progressive mountain bike coaching run by highly qualified coaches in Southern England. You can choose the course that suits you best and focuses on the mountain bike techniques you wish to improve. From the basics right up to race training, Beyond the Mud expert coaches will get you riding with style and confidence on your mountain bike, beyond what you can achieve on your own.

Beyond the Mud also run mountain bike weekends and holidays where they can deliver the most amazing riding, the best accommodation, delicious food, total relaxation and serious fun! Everything is sorted for you so you can focus on the pedalling! The weekends feature skills coaching and guided rides aimed at bringing on the skills of beginner, intermediate and advanced riders quickly in a supportive and fun environment.

All of the breaks include Pilates, as cyclists you use your core muscles a lot, however cycling does nothing to build them. Beyond the Mud take time to work with you to build strength from within, improve muscle balance and flexibility to make you stronger and more able on two wheels.
