Gong Nidra - Guided Meditation and Gongbath for wellbeing

Gong nidra meditation session for wellbeing, Wednesday 18th January, 7pm.

£15 per person.

Yoga Nidra is based on an ancient practice which enables the participants to reach a deep sense of relaxation. The term nidra means sleep but during the session you are fully awake and the mind is active but the body is completely still and rested. This state of relaxed awareness can be very therapeutic and can help with a range of conditions such as insomnia, stress and anxiety.

The session involves a guided meditation which is accompanied by a range of low toned gongs merged together to provide a peaceful sonic landscape. The session takes place in the tranquil and beautiful setting of White Eagle Lodge.

No previous experience is necessary and everything will be explained in advance.

Contraindications: Soundbaths are not usually suitable for people with serious heart conditions, severe mental illness, seizures or epilespy, or early stages of pregnancy but this is not always the case and in many cases this is absolutely fine, please get in touch if you have any of these conditions and would like to attend a soundbath so we can work out the best solution for you.
