Join Mango Thai Tapas Southampton to bring in the New Year with music and delicious Thai food. Music by Black Kat Boppers, guarantees to have you a groovy, boppin', foot stompin' time.
Black Kat Boppers: Four fellas who love to play hard boppin', jump up, rockin' blues dance music. They've had triumphant performances at Glastonbury, Port Eliot, Bestival & Hyde Park (with Blur & The Specials). They've rocked Notting Hill Carnival, Rockabilly Rave & Latitude, not to mention performing a memorable set with Florence and The Machine at Bob Geldof's 60th birthday party!
Boutique's DJ Blackfeather: She'll have you dancing through to the early hours, spinning the best in jump & jive, rhythm & blues, motown, party music, disco, soul, rock&roll and funk.
An up-close illusionist Magician will also be at the party, plus More entertainment to be announced.
Tickets available from any Mango Thai Tapas (no booking fee), or online. VIP Booths and table packages are available.
Dining at Mango: If you would like a table to enjoy Thai Tapas before the party, a deposit of £10pp is required at the time of booking. NYE diners at Ocean Village will benefit from £5 tickets – total will be added to your bill. Groups of 5 and above, choose from Chiang Mai £29pp or Phuket (more modest) £24pp, bespoke sharing menus so all you have to do on the night is relax and enjoy tasting lots of dishes!
Mango in Portswood and Above Bar are both open for diners and will be serving the a la carte menu, although they recommend opting for the sharing menu as it's more fun that way!
Mango Portswood will close at 10.45 pm – last food orders 9.30pm.
Mango Above Bar will be open until 1.00 am – last food orders 10pm.
