We have our amazing Regatta event on the 29th of June at the 5* Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa.
Starboard Hotels, Priory Concept Group, Porsche, Harbour Hotels, Nici Hotels, South Coast CPS, NFU Mutual, HSBC, Womble Bond Dickinson and NJG will be joining us this year. We have a few team spaces left and we are inviting YOU to join us! And you don't have to have any sailing experience!
It is a brilliant Team-building day or a client-entertainment opportunity. There are dinner-only tickets as well, so if you want to take clients out for the day and have partners/employees join for the evening you can do that as well. All dinner-only guests can arrive in the afternoon and watch the sailing up close from the luxury and safety of our safety boat. This includes a glass of bubbles to make sure they don't dry out!
The day's itinerary is as follows:
Starting at Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa with breakfast for all 18 sailing teams. You and seven other teammates will then be taken to your yachts for your safety briefing with your skippers and first mates all provided by the incredible Prometheus Sailing group. You will shortly cast off and head out onto the water for training and orientation and some practice races. Lunch will be served on board and following that the racing will begin with the final sail finishing at 4:30 pm. You will then be served an après-sail drink provided by our event sponsors Mermaid gin on board your vessels. You will then have some time to shower and spruce yourselves up for a drinks reception which will be served prior to your 3-course dinner designed by Alex Aitken. An auction and prize-giving presentation will conclude the jam-packed evening full of surprises.
All teams will be provided with the following:
1. Charter of a Sunsail 41.0 yacht, for up to 8 members.
2. Professional skipper and 1st mate, wet weather gear and all safety equipment
3. Breakfast at the Southampton Harbour Hotel
4. Packed lunch and soft drinks onboard
5. Après-Sail Drinks delivered to your boat
6. Reception drinks
7. 3-course dinner at the Southampton Harbour Hotel
8. Mermaid gin goodie bags
And if that wasn't enough you can stay over with your team the night before and the night after the event with special event rates in the 5* Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa.
All of this, for 8 people and a few surprises more, at the incredible price of £3,390 (£2,825 + VAT per boat (( £423.75 pp)). Dinner-only tickets are available for £80 pp.
