We've got a lovely day planned — the kind with something for everyone, whether you're in it for the cake, the music, or just a good wander around with an ice cream in hand.

There'll be plenty of food and drink to keep you going, from barbecue favourites to sweet treats and homemade bakes. Alongside that, you'll find games, a tombola, competitions and a few prize stands dotted around — always worth a look (and maybe a lucky ticket or two).

We'll also have live music playing throughout the day, giving everything that relaxed, fête-day feel.

For our four-legged visitors, our Fun Dog Show is always a highlight. From the waggiest tails and brilliant puppies to golden oldies and dogs who look uncannily like their owners, it's all very good fun — with rosettes and prizes given out on the day.

There's plenty for families too, with classic games like giant Jenga and Connect 4, a few slightly competitive sports day races, and face painting for those who fancy it. Around the park, you can also make the most of activities like archery, trampolines, the play park and a splash about in the water play areas.

And if you're feeling lucky, make sure to enter the raffle. There are some lovely prizes up for grabs this year, including a holiday, food and drink hampers, a bottle of champagne, and a few extra surprises we'll keep under wraps for now.

Entry is £2 per adult, with all donations going to charity. Owners and holidaymakers staying with us can join for free — and everyone who comes along will receive a prize ticket for the main raffle.
